Despite my struggles lately, God has shown me how to be grateful! I've learned to appreciate the small blessings in my life and to find joy in everyday moments.

I’m very tired from back-to-back doctor’s appointments today, but I’m incredibly grateful for the doctors and nurses who took such good care of me. 🧑‍⚕️ 👩‍⚕️

My breakfast smoothie I can’t live without and I got addicted to it. I feel like I can’t function if I missed drinking it in a day.😂

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup coconut juice
1 banana
5 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
10 pc almonds
3 tbsp protein powder
1 cup spinach

Try it. It’s good and addictive.😁
I switch some of the ingredients to try some
variations daily, so far this is my favorite. 😋
