Some friends were invited to visit their friends at this fascinating villa in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Villa Petrea is a 17th century mansion located between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. As a thank you for having them, they gifted them a portrait of this unique property!

This house is out of a storybook!

“My grandma loves the painting. This home has been part of our family story for decades. Built in 1972 and purchased by my grandparents in 1988, it sits on 12 acres where we’ve gathered for holidays, family reunions, and countless memories ever since. She fully renovated the home in 2012, but her favorite part has always been how it brings people together. From outdoor celebrations on the patio and badminton tournaments in the yard, to quiet moments in the sunroom that lets her enjoy every season with family, friends, and loved ones.” 💕💕

Client: “My parents have owned the property since the early 2000s and built on it about 10 years ago with the intent for it to be a house by the beach for us and future grandchildren to enjoy (which now there are four!)”
