A peaceful newborn session is never luck. It’s experience, patience, and technique.
Here are some tips to get you started:
1. Practice safe, snug wrapping over and over on a posing doll until it becomes second nature.
2. Set the environment as close to womb-like as possible. A steady sound machine and warm room temperature helps a lot.
3. Use gentle bouncing on a yoga ball every time you’re holding, wrapping, or settling baby.
