If you’re unfamiliar with the studio, the door is just to the left of the downstairs. It opens directly to a flight of stairs. There have been some pleasing, aesthetic updates to the studio space, including the wall behind me. (Totally made me smile this morning.)

Hi friends! Many, over the last few years, have expressed a need for what I have to offer, but don’t live near me. Well, I have exciting news for you! Most of my offerings will now be virtual! You can already schedule energy healing, spiritual guidance, sound therapy, and private embodiment sessions! Check out my bio! This has been a long time coming!

Hi! Ever wanted to try the aerial yoga hammock?! How about the Lyra hoop?! This is a beginner class that I’m subbing this Friday 7/25! I’d love to guide you! It’s a fun way to stretch and strengthen your body, while finding joy! When I sub I also include a sound healing savasana in the aerial hammock.
