Meet the soloists from Ode to Joy - Beethoven's Ninth Symphony:
Soprano Shahayla Ononaiye (La Grande) is a versatile singer performing across genres such as opera, musical theater, art song, pop and rock. An alumni of Eastern Oregon University, Shahayla has performed with theater companies and musical ensembles across the Pacific Northwest including The Elgin Opera House, Third Rail Repertory Theatre, La Grande Shakespeare Co., Spokane Valley Summer Theatre, and Broadway Rose Theatre Company. She is a private vocal teacher in La Grande at Direct Music Source.
