With thanksgiving coming soon remember, that with the great power of food comes the great responsibility of fitness!!!! here are some Great tips to stay on track with a little freedom.
1. drink 1-2 cups of water before the feast.
2. let the fork down in between chews and sip your beverage
3.choose a smaller plate(smaller plate,smaller portions)
4.eat more turkey and vegetable
5.after the first plate wait 10 min until the next
6.with pie choose 1/4 of a regular slice(2 oz slice)
7.attempt to count as many calories you can- be aware
8.make it up the next couple of days with that extra fitness work
9.NO SODA!!!!!!!
10.it takes your brain on average 20 min!!! to figure out there is food in the stomach in-order to feel "full" so chew slow, take sips and watch a ton of FOOTBALL!!
