Changing some siding during a whole home repaint

Tub surround change out looks fantastic, working with great craftsman makes project go smooth.

Porch beam change out went well.

I had a lady call me to open up her tile wall from the shower valve to the shower head to find the leak. Turns out the pipe to the shower head was not soldered, and has probably been leaking for a while. Good practices is to pressure test all of the pipes to ensure there is not a like before the walls are covered with drywall. Two condos below this shower had drywall damage on their ceilings due to the leaks.

The walls behind the tile is also not waterproofed. Not to code

Installed new waterproof floor in Austin. Turned out Great. I filled in the vents in the floor.

Nice little project—Added floor joists and replaced the rotten plywood, then installed new floor

Finished up another shower, had to redo this shower that another contractor messed up.
