Did you know that its commen to find homes bees this time of year around your chicken feed 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝
Bees will eat chicken feed, especially during shortages of natural pollen, as they are attracted to the protein-rich grains (corn, wheat) and dust in the feed, using it as a pollen substitute to feed their young. This is a common behavior during "dearth" periods (late winter/early spring) when flowers aren't blooming, but it's not ideal; ideally, provide them with proper pollen patties or sugar syrup.
I’ve gotten chicks from this location a few times. Highly recommend. Great breeds and high quality.
