2026 Chapter Leadership Conference was truly OUT OF THIS WORLD!
A huge THANK YOU to every member, advisor, and district officer who helped make this year’s Chapter Leadership Conference such an incredible experience. From launching new ideas to building stronger connections, we spent the week growing as leaders and preparing for the journey ahead.
To our members—thank you for bringing your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. To our advisors—thank you for your support and dedication to helping students succeed. And to our district officers—thank you for putting on amazing workshops and sharing your passion for leadership.
Together, we explored new possibilities, reached for the stars, and proved that there are no limits to what Area III FFA can accomplish.
We can’t wait to see how you’ll take what you’ve learned and continue making an impact in your chapters, schools, and communities.

Hey Area III, my name is Peyton McAshlan! I am beyond blessed and excited to serve as your Area III President, AND TOMORROW IS ALC!Here’s a little bit about me:

I’m lucky enough to call Friendswood FFA and the Gulf Coast District my home! Both places have presented me with endless opportunities and have helped me grow.

I compete in Radio Broadcasting, Creed Speaking, Ag Sales, and Prepared Speaking. Friendly competition is something FFA has taught me to love and has allowed me to further explore my passions!

When it comes to an SAE, you’ll find me with my market lambs and dairy goats. Both have been huge aspects of my life since I was 5 years old!

I also enjoy reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and of course traveling! You will always catch me cheering on the TEXAS A&M AGGIES and I am so pumped to meet and serve each and every one of you!

Hello Area III! My name is Aedan Guerrero, and I’m excited to share that we only have 2 days left until ALC! I’m honored to serve as your First Vice President, representing the Gulf Coast District and the Goose Creek Memorial FFA Chapter.

Within FFA, my LDE’s involve Creed Speaking and Public Relations, and I’m looking forward to competing in Quiz next year! For CDE’s I have participated in Meat Judging throughout my FFA career. My SAE involves raising market lambs, and I enjoy the hard work and dedication it requires because I love staying busy.

Outside the Blue Jacket, I’m involved in band, where I play the tuba. I love being able to express myself through music, and during marching season, I serve as the tuba section leader.

Area III, thank you for the opportunity to serve you this year! Together, we WILL accomplish amazing things. I hope y’all are just as excited as I am. Let’s continue making Area III the place to be! 💙💛

WHAT’S UP AREA III!!! My name is Lauren DeSpain, proudly representing the Lake Houston District & the Kingwood FFA Chapter!

Within FFA, I participate in Ag. Advocacy and Issues as my LDEs & Wool Judging for my CDEs! I also show market sheep at the Humble and Houston Livestock Shows for my SAE! I am also serving as the Kingwood FFA Chapter President!

Outside of the jacket, I am a member of the National Honor Society and I enjoy hanging out with friends & family, being outside, and working daily as a ranch hand!

Area III, I am so excited to see where this year takes us, and so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you. I can’t wait to see all of you as ALC IS ONLY 3 SHORT DAYS AWAY!!!

Hey Area III! I’m Iris Figueroa, proudly representing the Katy FFA Chapter and the NorthBEST District as one of your Area III Vice Presidents.
I joined FFA as a freshman without knowing exactly what to expect, but it didn’t take long for me to find my passion within this organization. Throughout my FFA journey, I’ve competed in Greenhand and Senior Chapter Conducting as well as our Nursery/Landscaping team.
On the livestock side, I’ve raised lambs for the Katy Livestock Show and Rodeo since my freshman year and completed a horticulture project during my sophomore year. Throughout the summer, I also raise pigs for the Fort Bend County Fair.
Outside of FFA, I stay involved on campus as an NHS officer and an active member of Student Council. In my free time, I enjoy photography and exploring other creative hobbies that fill my cup!!

I am more than excited to see what this year of service holds for me and my team as well as the impact we can make on each and every one of you. please don’t hesitate to reach out to ask a question or just for a friend to lean on. Together let’s make A3 truly the place to be!!

Howdy Area III! My name is Laynie Hatchett, from the Travis FFA Chapter and Southwest District, and I am excited to announce that there are only 5 MORE DAYS until ALC! What a blessing it is to be able to serve you all this year. I cannot wait to meet all of you and make connections that will last forever!

In FFA, I’ve competed in the Senior Ag Skills and Creed Speaking for LDEs, as well as the Floriculture CDE. I also participate in SDEs, where I’ve competed under Soil and Water Stewardship and Senior Prepared Plant Science. My SAEs include raising market sheep, broilers, and a steer, as well as hydroponic floriculture experiments. There are SO many opportunities in FFA to explore, and I have no doubt that each of you will be able to find your home.

Outside of FFA, I am a proud NHS member and participate in AMBUSH, my school’s freshman orientation program! I also formerly competed under the Texas Gulf Coast Figure Skating Club, which still holds a special place in my heart. I love spending time with my friends, family, going to church, and finding somewhere to eat!

Area III has done so much for me, and I cannot wait to make our Area the same way. This Area is my home,  and I will do my best to make sure that every one of you will feel the same way. Thank you, Area III for believing in me and allowing me to serve you this year!!

What’s good Area III! My name is Jaxson Maas. I am proud to announce that we are only 6 days away from ALC!! I am currently serving as on of y’all’s Area III Vice-Presidents from the North District and the Klein Cain FFA chapter!

When it comes to FFA, I do a variety of things. For LDEs I have done Quiz, Chapter Conducting, and Ag Issues. When it comes to CDEs, I compete in Poultry Judging. I also participate in the Senior Prepared Agribusiness category for my SDE. When it comes to showing, I have raised chickens, turkeys, pigs, steers, and I have also competed in the Ag Mech, Photography, and Floral design contests.

Outside of FFA, I am on the Klein Cain Golf Team, a member of NHS, and I love spending time with family and friends!

I am beyond excited to get to serve Area III this year and cannot wait to see so many new faces through FFA!

Hey Area III!
My name is Bella Matthews, and I am honored to serve as one of your Area III Vice Presidents this year. I’m from the Cinco Ranch FFA chapter in the Northwest District, and I am excited to announce that we have 7 days until ALC!

Within FFA, I compete in Senior Chapter Conducting, Senior Quiz, and Milk Quality, and I also raise and show goats. One of the things I care about most is helping every member find where they belong, and I cannot wait to learn more about each of you and your passions.

Outside of FFA, I love spending time with family and friends, taking walks outdoors, serving the 7th-grade girls’ small group at my church, and learning more about the Lord every day. I am also involved in National Charity League alongside my mom and am a member of National Honor Society.

Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for the opportunity to serve Area III. My heart is full of excitement for the year ahead, and I cannot wait to see all that we accomplish together!

Hey, Area III!!! My name is Breanna Muller, and I proudly represent the Lake Houston District and the Kingwood Park FFA Chapter! I am so greatly blessed to serve as one of your Vice Presidents this year!

In the FFA, I compete in Horse Judging, Creed Speaking, Quiz, and Prepared Public Speaking. My SAEs include market rabbit, ag mechanics, and my rabbitry of Palominos.

Outside of the FFA, I am involved in NHS, Girls in Grace, and my church’s lead team and children’s ministry.

I enjoy reading whether it be my Bible or classic books, doing nails, listening to music, welding, and going to church. I’m always open for new challenges and meeting new people.
