What you aren’t being given is sometimes protection from something you don’t want in the first place.

Don’t feel guilty when you step away from helping people. You cannot be held responsible for what they do and constant saving only makes them reliant on you. It’s kind to allow them to fall and pick themselves up so they can get stronger.

Some advice for the day…

It’s not over.

Since your body can’t tell the difference between fact versus fiction, be careful to what you listen to and watch because you will bring that into your life if you immerse yourself in it.

During the writing partnership between Janifer and Jason Sprizen, they wrote songs together for full bands and small intimate duets, like this one. "As I Do For You" was one of the songs that came out of this writing partnership. ❤️
