Construction Bloopers!!


Someone help me with the definition of these breaker names..

This brand new home closes tomorrow, homeowner was concerned with the poor workmanship she was seeing around the house and decided to do an inspection. We found more than the cosmetic stuff. No Insulation on half of the home. It could have been months before they would have found this and potential kolf due to the condensation being produced on the duct work. Don't buy any home without an inspection!!

Construction.

Here are some pictures of our last home inspection at the Pre-drywall stage. So important to catch these issues before your walls and floor get covered up. We found issues with the Stucco Lath, Uneven floors, Loose Island frame, missed foundation specifications, etc. Note that is not just because we are a home inspection company do we recommend an inspection at this stage and at the final stages. It's that we see and find issues all the time with homes and how they are being constructed. Don't hesitate, whether you are a new home owner, have had several houses or a realtor. We always recommend getting an inspection done as you never know what can be found.

Sometimes I wonder....

Why would they do this? Stove in the middle of kitchen and dinning with no vent to extract the smoke (smell) away????

You can't even sit here while they are cooking...

As you guys can see this is one of the things that can be identified in a Pre-Drywall Inspection. Many people feel that because they are buying a new house Nothing is wrong with it. This property is being built by a Big Builder not a small one. There is live subterranean termites present. Who knows when this home owner would have found the presence of termites in this home. When they were thousands of Dollars in damages in? Once they would have covered the walls you wont see these damages or presence of termites until they start to come and eat the baseboards. By that time is too late. Possible structure and roof truss damage would have occurred.
