Tiny Paws Petsitter

These two furry friends came to stay at Tiny Paws for a few days and they had a blast! Luna was very energetic and playful while GI-Gi who is partially blind was quiet and reserved. We go out of our way to meet your pets needs no matter what they are.

Cleaned 10 cute little puppies crates today for a very special client! Also made sure they had fresh food and water of course!

Merry Christmas from Daisy 🎄 It’s her second visit to our home and the first visit she was really nervous and barely came out of her comfort zone (her dog bed) and she didn’t want to be touched. But as you can see her second visit she was much more comfortable and even let me pick her up for some extra loving 💕

As a petsitter it’s important to pick up and respect the dogs space especially when they are introduced to a new environment and people. It may take them a little longer to get comfortable to the new atmosphere. Some dogs don’t like a lot of hands on petting and being picked up and if forced it may lead to a nip or bite. Usually there will be warning signs before such as growling to let you know they aren’t welcoming the hands on attention. It’s important to notice these cues and respect them. When they are ready they will come to you.
