🎹 Buddy Lesson Spot Open on Wednesdays!

I have an opening for an in-person piano buddy lesson pairing on Wednesdays, and I'm looking for a student ages 10–13 to join!

Here's how buddy lessons work at ABC Music Studio:

✨ Half of the lesson is shared time. During shared time, students get to learn duets, play games together, learn from each other, practice performing for each other, and build a friendship through music.

✨ Half of the lesson is private. During private time, we focus on each student individually. Here we can really dig into their musical interests, their goals, and the specific skills they want to build as an individual.

Being able to experience both of these in one weekly lesson is something really special!

To participate in this program, no piano experience is needed. Beginners are very welcome! And if your kiddo already plays, that's great too. 😊

Lessons will take place at our home studio in Kissimmee, FL (near Poinciana High School).

Augie and Enzo had their first buddy lesson today and hit it off immediately! 🎹

We did warm-ups, technique, rhythm practice to start their first duet together, and finished with an animal improv game where one of them made up music for an animal while the other had to guess the animal. When the buddy time was up, they couldn't believe it was already over.

Can't wait to see where this duo goes. ☺️

He just reached Sage Level in the "60-Second Challenge" by naming even more notes on the staff and playing them on the piano in under a minute—three weeks in a row! 🏆

I’m looking for one new student to pair with a current student for buddy piano lessons.

This is a great fit for a 7–8 year old child who enjoys learning alongside a peer in a supportive, engaging environment. Students receive both one-on-one time with the teacher and buddy time during the lesson, and are carefully matched by age and learning style.

They started by drawing a few animals, then each chose one and made up music to match… while the other listened and guessed which animal it was! 🐘🐦🐱

They both love art, so including drawing helped spark even more creativity at the piano ✨
