Dear Kindred Residents,

This is a follow-up to our previous notice regarding the Osceola County No Parking restriction affecting all areas within Kindred, including Phases 1, 2 & 3.

Please be advised that signage installation is now complete, and the parking restriction is in effect community-wide, effective immediately.

As a reminder:

All areas within Kindred are subject to this restriction — no areas are exempt.

Street parking is only allowed in designated parking spots marked with white lines, such as the main road, Red Canyon.

No overnight parking is allowed at any of the Clubhouses in Kindred.

No parking on the grassy area between the sidewalk and road, or on the apron.

Please make sure your guests and household members are aware of these restrictions, as Osceola County may begin issuing citations to vehicles parked outside of designated areas.

This restriction was put in place by Osceola County due to concerns that parked vehicles were obstructing emergency vehicle access through the community. The HOA does not set these regulations and is only responsible for communicating and enforcing them.
