All Nations Insurance Agency is a busy independent Insurance agency located in Renton, WA. We are looking to add a friendly and professional representative to join our team.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Property & Casualty license is not required but preferred.

Duties:

Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, service to existing policyholders and prospects regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submission procedures and status, rates, billing clarification, payment plans and procedures.
Prepare forms, policies and endorsements when required.
Contact prospects and current policyholders for appointments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

*Inputting and managing client records on our agency software system
*Processing insurance applications (Quoting & submitting)
*Multiple phone lines and extension forwarding
