Major milestone completed at Seattle's Swedish North Tower as we officially achieved the ‘Topping Out’ of steel er****on last week. This moment marks the completion of the building's highest structural point and wouldn't have been possible without the craftsmanship and teamwork of everyone involved. With the continued success of on-time deliveries from our suppliers Drywall Distributors, Inc. and CWALLA, we will push the project forward and capitalize on a continued path of pull-planning with our trade partners. Huge congratulations to all trades working to complete this incredible build.

The elevated buildout of the staff and patient facilities at Saint Michaels Medical Center is scheduled for completion in 2025. This expansion will allow for an increase in hospital capacity to accommodate the Kitsap community.
