Since February 24th, almost 1,000,000 Ukrainian refugees have entered Romania. Project Peppa supports the refugees in Bucharest. Our team is on duty at the airport 24/7 since April and provides tailored support for each family in need. Please help us help them! Here is what your donation could do

Yes, I flew and lived there for my own money and on my initiative, but almost everything we did for refugees was financed from this fund, which is filled thanks to the donations of caring people:

Please remember that even $10 is 4 sandwiches for a person, $ 70 is a hotel room, and $ 100 is someone's ticket or just a lot of money for someone who has nothing not left
I can say firstly, it is 100% of the money that goes directly to help, and secondly, even small money can do great things! If 50 people throw in even $ 10, that's enough to feed people for a week.

Our team may help people and make miracles as we supoorted a woman who had been traveling all day long from the Ukrainian - Romanian border to Bucharest Airport to fly to Tunisia without any vaccination card and English language knowledge. A stream of refugees are awaiting their final destinations together with vacationers in straw hats. Lots of difficult flights: visa and paperwork problems - many refugees get stuck in different locations during their journey. Expensive tickets, transit zones without volunteer help. Woe, woe...
Nevertheless, our team continues to help to buy tickets, organize trips, and luggage, and collect food for refugees. Additionally, costs are going to pay for hotels as Ukrainians were in nowhere as they were asked to leave hotels, as they paid only for a night and flight delay is nor hotel responsibility...
One more goal: the whole volunteer team sent Armenians from Kherson (South of Ukraine) almost without documents to Ireland.
We bought lots of tickets and food, luggage and hotel payments.

Day3ProjectPeppa: Ukrainians arrived from Odessa (Southern Ukraine) direction, leaving their homes and crying. Many young women with children were leaving for Helsinki and Spain as the unsafe situation continues to be in their native cities. Many elderly people try to fly to their children so volunteer team ran around with them along all stages of the journey. There are cases where elderly people have been sitting since the previous day at our counter, being afraid to miss their flight, afraid to be alone in a foreign country. So far help was done to feed 50 people, bought tickets to Portugal and Spain, paid for a hotel for those who spent nights in the airport, didn’t let 100+ refugees miss their plane, they wrote a million pieces of paper “I’m a refugee, help me”
