When people think of homelessness, they often picture someone sleeping on the street. But for youth, it often looks like "couch surfing", bouncing between friends' houses, sleeping in cars, or staying in cheap motels.
Read this twice: taking a break is not quitting. It’s resetting. 🔄 We need to stop glorifying burnout and start normalizing mental health days. You don’t need to earn rest; you just need it. Period. Take the nap, close the laptop, put down the phone. Your mind will thank you later. 👏✨
