As a Gulf War Veteran, my passion is to Educate & Help Active Duty Military and Veterans learn about Money!

How to Make More, Save More, and Have More! The things that are never taught in school or on the job.

You don’t raise your standard in big moments.

You raise it in small ones.

How you prepare.
How you respond.
How you follow through on simple commitments.

Big wins are just the result of small standards practiced daily.
If you overlook the small things, you’ll never sustain the big ones.

Strong leaders raise the standard — especially in the details.

I've built my entire career on one simple idea — do what you say you're going to do. Every time. No exceptions.

It sounds simple. It's not common.

But when people know your word means something, doors open that money can't buy.

Your reputation is built one kept promise at a time.

At some point every parent asks themselves the same quiet question.

Am I going to be okay — and are they going to be okay when I'm gone?

It's not a morbid question. It's actually one of the most loving questions a person can ask.

Because it means you're thinking beyond yourself.

Beyond today.
Beyond the next paycheck.

Most people push that question aside because it feels too big or too complicated or just not urgent enough right now.

But here's what I've learned after 25 years — the families who are most at peace aren't necessarily the ones who made the most money. They're the ones who had a plan. Who sat down, asked the hard questions early, and made decisions with intention.

Legacy isn't something that happens to you...it's something you build on purpose.

If you haven't had that conversation yet — what are you waiting for?

Strength isn’t built in one moment.
It’s built through repetition.

The same applies to leadership. Showing up once is easy. Showing up again—that’s where growth happens.

Every time you repeat the right action, you’re reinforcing who you are and where you’re headed.

Repetition may feel ordinary, but it quietly builds momentum that lasts.

Strong leaders build momentum by doing the right things—again and again.

You don’t need perfect conditions to move forward. You need consistency.

Small, intentional action—done daily—creates momentum faster than any burst of motivation ever could.

January was about getting aligned.

What comes next is staying in motion.

Strong leaders don’t drift, they build momentum.

Most people think leadership is about being in charge.

It's not. It's about being responsible.

Responsible when things go wrong. Responsible when the team struggles. Responsible even when it wasn't your fault.

The best leaders I've ever seen never pointed fingers. They pointed at solutions.

Anyone can be in charge. Not everyone is willing to be responsible.

That's the difference.

One of the smartest leadership decisions you can make is borrowing experience.

You don’t have to learn every lesson the hard way. Someone else has already walked the road, made the mistakes, and figured out what works.

Strong leaders listen. They ask questions. They value wisdom over ego.

Borrowing experience doesn’t make you weak—it keeps you moving forward.
Strong leaders don’t drift.

God bless,

I’m an Army Veteran with a lifelong commitment to serving those who serve.

After years of navigating the complexities of military transition and watching too many fellow service members struggle financially (even with good incomes) I realized something critical:

We were trained to be ready for anything… except money.

Financial literacy isn’t part of basic training. It’s rarely discussed in the workplace. And yet, it determines the quality of our lives, our families’ stability, and our ability to build a legacy beyond the uniform.

Today, my mission is to educate and equip Active Duty Military, Veterans, and their families with practical, real-world financial skills — how to make more, save more, invest wisely, and create long-term financial independence with confidence and clarity.

Because financial readiness IS readiness.

And no one should feel alone trying to navigate it.

If you’re ready to build a stronger financial foundation, I’m here to help.

God bless,

-Norm

Drift gets stronger when leadership turns inward.

Some of the clearest direction I’ve ever found came when I stopped focusing on myself and started focusing on serving others. Purpose has a way of pulling you back on course.

Strong leaders stay aligned because they know who they’re serving—family, team, community. Service keeps leadership from becoming selfish or scattered.

When you lose sight of service, drift isn’t far behind.

Strong leaders don’t drift.

God bless,

Faith doesn’t replace leadership—it guides it.

I’ve learned over the years that faith isn’t about sitting still and hoping things work out. It’s about trusting God enough to move forward with intention, even when the whole path isn’t clear yet.

Strong leaders pray for wisdom, then act with responsibility. Faith gives direction.

Action gives traction.

When faith and leadership work together, drift doesn’t stand a chance.

Strong leaders don’t drift.

God bless,

—Norm
