Except for some paperwork, Building 4 is complete and almost ready for the last nine lucky Kai Ani Village owners. It's been an exciting process for everyone and we look forward to offering the next Kai Ani project in the future.

Our last building under construction (Building 4) is well on its way. Meanwhile, Building 15 is complete and ready for happy buyers.

Looks like Building 4 Live/Work Buyers are showing up early to move in. How do we break it to them that it is better to have a roof?

We have begun construction of the last Kai Ani Village builiding. Building 4 will complete next year just behind Building 15. We are excited that Buildings 13 & 14 will be ready for new homeowners in December.
