Turkey Track Club

Founded in 1974, Turkey Track Club is one of the oldest Wild Turkey camps in America and is devoted to fair pursuit of the greatest of all game, the gobbler.

We hunt only wild birds. Our mission is to share our passion about wild turkey hunting. On our guided hunts we emphasize hunter safety and respect for the bird. Shotguns or archery only. Hunting success ranges between 45 and 85 percent depending on weather and bird populations. However, we are 100 percent successful with guests seeking a quality turkey hunting experience. REMINDER:
The 2025 South Dakota Black Hills Spring Turkey season will feature a major change for nonresidents. Beginning in 2025, nonresident Black Hills spring turkey licenses will be issued by a lottery drawing, which means nonresident hunters must apply for their licenses prior to their hunt. Unlimited licenses will no longer be available for purchase for nonresidents.

There are 2,225 nonresident licenses that will be available through this drawing in 2025. The application period will run from January 15 to February 12, 2025. Applicants should be aware all South Dakota application periods close at 8 a.m. central time the day of closing.

Non residents we need your help! South Dakota is considering limiting the non-resident Turkey Hunting Licenses. As a camp that has been providing successful hunts for hunters from all over the United States for over 50 years. This will impact us greatly. We need to make sure our voices are heard.
