Captain Aaron and First Mate Angie weren't looking to start a business. They were just trying to figure out how to keep living the way they already were.

Honestly though — find someone who looks at you the way he's looking at me while I hog the mug, the cushions, AND the best view on the vessel. That's not love, that's devotion.

Real relationship tip: Stop asking where you see yourselves in 5 years and start asking "do we both want to be irresponsible on open water together?" Way more useful question.

The truth is, nobody is thinking about your body as much as you are. Most people are too busy worrying about their own insecurities to judge anyone else. That’s what makes this experience so powerful. It’s freeing to stop caring so much about what other people think and to stop judging others in return.

Some of the coolest, most inspiring people we’ve met on these charters would never fit into some magazine standard. But they carried themselves with confidence, kindness, generosity, and love for life. I’ll choose that energy every single time over someone obsessed with appearances or judging others.

And yes, taking care of yourself and being healthy is attractive. But confidence, authenticity, and being comfortable in your own skin? That’s a different level.

I’m not judging you at all. We’ve all been shaped by society and unrealistic expectations. But sometimes it’s worth asking ourselves… why does someone else being confident make us uncomfortable? Why does their freedom hold so much power over us?

When I see someone fully being themselves without shame, I don’t care what body type they have. I respect it. It’s empowering to witness. Those are the people I learn from.
