Feels like yesterday on this build but it’s been over two years. The reason being I’m slow building it out of my pocket. Because I don’t want to pay a mortgage I don’t wanna pay interest payments. I don’t want to pay insurance. When I’m slow, I use it for a place for my guys to go so that they can continue to get a paycheck every week. it’s Icf construction. 2600 ft.² four bedroom bedrooms, four master bathrooms. 10 foot ceilings on both floors. 280 ft.² garage and a loft in the garage for storage .  The property was also elevated 30 inches. 220 mile wind load with an R 80 insulation value . Almost done putting a bronze color Standing Seam roof and prepping for stucco and window install. 

No matter who you are or what sins you've committed, even if you sold your soul to satan, turn to God now. He's waiting for you with open arms & Unfathomable Mercy. Nobody gets into Heaven without Jesus Christ, He is the only way, truth and life. Jn 14:6. Acts 4:12.
