Just letting it go. The mob descends on a solo island physician speaking to his neighbors about what he sees and why he thinks what he does. Interesting how many threats etc and still I post, still they come. I’m not stopping. I state this as an interesting statement on a recent event. I’m suddenly worth spamming? Must have hit a nerve with my referenced facts…

It has been an honor to serve the community in my traditional solo practice, especially over the last 3 years of struggle. Yes, it cost us all a lot. But we all sacrificed so much for each other. We are one human family.

Now, I rebuild for my family. I evolve to stay here. A concierge practice in midtown will be my next adventure. Small, as I intended and began, instead of in a courtyard off Duval Street, in a one exam room office over looking much of the island I love.
