Lower Keys Medical Center is hosting a free Stroke Support Group on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 2 pm, for stroke survivors and their loved ones to share challenges and successes with others in a positive and encouraging environment.

As recommended by the American Stroke Association, participants are encouraged to bring their primary support person.

June is Men's Health Month!

Last year, we shared a story about our CNO, Michael. Like many healthcare professionals - and men - Michael didn't give much thought to his personal health or wellness visits. He had no obvious health issues. After participating in a health screening, he was alerted to potential health concerns and decided to take action.

He made lifestyle changes and prioritized positive daily activities. As he continues on this journey, he has lost weight and continues to feel stronger, healthier, more focused, and happier. He and his family enjoy 5Ks, outdoors, and physical activities. Go Michael!
