Sports have always shaped who I am. I grew up playing sports, learning how to compete, lead, and push boundaries. What I didn’t know then was that those lessons would lead me to a career where I would not only find my place, but help make a change alongside other empowered women.

Is it just me or do end of year recaps hit a little harder!?😮‍💨🥲

2025 was another special year filled with new relationships, chasing big dreams, growth, and so many moments and opportunities I’m deeply grateful for!

It was also a year of loss that showed me just how precious time really is and how much it means when people truly show up for you. Experiencing that support taught me to hold my people closer and to be there for others too, because navigating life isn’t always easy. ♥️

Looking back at each month gets me emotional and reminds me just how good God has been to me. Through every high and low, His hand was always there! ✝️

Biggest lesson/takeaway from this year: Learning to slow down, be present, cherish the people in my life, and truly enjoy God’s blessings both big and small. Life moves so fast and I want to soak it all in because tomorrow is never promised. 🙏
