Island Ventures is hiring!
We are looking to hire crew for our private scuba and snorkel boats.
We offer private charters on our boats and take up to 12 passengers on exclusive tours of the reef.
If you are looking for a rewarding and stress free work environment we could be a great fit for you.
Operating from the Pilot House/Fisheries marina in Key Largo we run morning and afternoon tours of around 3.5 hours.
Vacancies (2) are for 1st mate/Dive Master.
You will need to be part of the random drug test program.
Have excellent customer service skills
Be registered as a Dive Master and have liability insurance.
We are offering part time hours with the best pay rates in Key Largo plus tips.

Marvellous morning for family scuba diving on molasses reef. Well done to the young divers who’s first ocean dives we’re completed today!

Our second visit to the Benwood today and it’s been a little bumpy all day with seas 2-3 feet. There is a little current but the visibility is the best we’ve seen for some time and is incredible!

Bumpy Benwood this morning. South East winds around 15knts bringing sea swells of 3 feet with the occasional 6 footer rolling thru.
