We’ve been very busy! Ninthida is cooking for our ‘Crew’ everyday and they seem to love it! I will post some of the lunch boxes she has been making for our crew 🙂

We had a fantastic response to the Smoked BBQ Ribs with Kabobs again!

Thai Food lunch box options for Monday Nov/20:

Opt 1: Crispy Fried Chicken with Crispy Garlic and Lemon Grass w/white rice. Sub white rice for chicken fried rice (side) for $1 extra.
Opt 2: Chicken Fried Rice (or Tofu.)

FYI: We are working on a High Protein and Veggie meal plan.... details will follow as we get the specifics and costs ironed out 🙂

Wednesday Thai Food Lunch box options follow:

Opt 1: Pork or Tofu Pad Thai
Opt 2: Pork or Tofu Fried Rice

Thai Food lunch options for Monday November 13 follow:

Opt 1: Steamed Pork or Tofu wrapped in rice paper (not fried spring roll) w/crispy red onions and garlic on top and served with white rice.
Opt 2: Pork or Tofu Fried Rice
