Caught this halibut summer 2010. The Love of my life (RIP) and I were out enjoying ourselves fishing.
When I was growing up , I didn't like eating fish , unless it was with ketchup. It seemed that's all we ate. My mom raised us siblings herself ,so we ate a lot of traditional food from land and the ocean. Thanks to her brother's for helping put food on the table.
Today I appreciate the food we have. Many I never had before because of how it looked. No one wanted to try a slimy looking creature. Turned out, the meat was pretty darn awesome.
People will learn about traditional foods while on a tour with me.
I still have availability.
