Tyler Rental is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ketchikan!

This role is key to supporting our managers and employees, handling daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer and direct phone calls
✅ Manage mail, emails, and filing systems
✅ Prepare bank deposits and customer invoices
✅ Assist with travel arrangements and meeting prep
✅ Maintain reports and office supplies

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills
