Rhonda reached out with the typical Ketchikan exterior cleaning problems that had started taking over the property. The third-story gutters were completely clogged, the metal roof was mildew stained and covered in debris and the siding was covered in mildew in some areas. Out back, the deck had become slippery and needed to be properly cleaned for staining and sealing.
