To promote and encourage community development and citizen involvement. We strive to make our town a place everyone enjoys and is proud to call home.
The committee has completed a lighting project downtown with an investment of nearly $100,000 through grants, fund raising, an donated labor from various utility companies and volunteers. Our Garden Park is an ongoing project that provides an invaluable green space among our historic buildings and nearly century old brick street. ⭐️ We ran out last year and don’t want that to happen again so if you would comment and let us know if you’ll be attending or how many folks you’ll bring, we would appreciate it ⭐️

⭐️ Hey Kerens, KCDC has secured new flags and new banners for our downtown beautification. Thanks to the help of city workers and community members, they are flying high today  as we get ready for Fourth of July. We hope you’ll be able to join us to celebrate our nation‘s 250th birthday this year 🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸
