Community Network Council

Community Network Council (CNC) networks with parties having the same interests, collaborates, builds support mechanisms for entities, and advocates for youth and families to address complex entrenched social and health issues. Our purpose is to:
* Exemplify our values in our behavior, and build self esteem in youth.
* Define and identify available resources and fill service gaps for all.
* Ensure that every youth has an engaged adult in his/her life.
* Empower families.
* Collaborate with like-minded organizations.
* Improve grades and graduation rates.
* Sponsor events that are fun!
