Kent Covenant Church had us pass on the large coffee pot they first bought for KentHOPE to Kent Lutheran Thursday meals and now their bible study group just provided TONS of ground coffee for Kent Lutheran's Monday and Thursdays meals coffee and Kueirg pods for the Link Program office to share when ladies come in to meet with their Case manager. The loving and giving just keeps on going. Thank you ladies ❤️

There are ways to serve the homeless in Kent.

We started this morning with empty shelves, but thanks to our donations last week and this week and the items offered from UGM distribution we have something to offer for our last 7 days. Thank you again and again! ❤️

Thank you for caring for the women and children of KentHOPE. This is the last 2 weeks before KentHOPE will close permanently.
As a final support of the homeless guests and their families we are asking for 1 last give. We will be making LOTS of hand out bags for these 2 final weeks. We are asking for ingredients that are healthy, and can be good without refrigeration and GLOVES for the fall and winter. We need to receive your gift no later than Oct 13th as we will make I more push to make more bags to send out with our last guests.

After many meaningful years, our KentHOPE day center will come to a close on October 15.

We’re deeply grateful for the lives changed, the friendships formed, and the incredible support from this community. ❤️

While the day center is closing, the Mission’s commitment to South King County remains. We will continue serving the community through Search + Rescue outreach, transitional housing at the Son Rise apartments, and capacity-building partnerships with local churches and service providers.
