If you’ve been around Weatherly Inn, chances are you’ve seen Alsted—and at 6'7", he’s pretty hard to miss! 😄 He may be our tallest team member, but what really stands out is the care and support he brings to our community every day.

As our Care Coordinator, Alsted has been such a strength to our team. He works hard to support our CNAs and care staff, steps in wherever he’s needed, and does a wonderful job meeting each of our residents right where they are.

If you see Alsted around the community, be sure to say hi—and maybe ask him how the weather is up there! 😉😂

🍦🎶 Ice cream + music = the sweetest kind of afternoon! 💕 Our residents at Weatherly Inn Memory Care enjoyed a fun ice cream social filled with sweet treats, great music, and lots of smiles. Nothing brings out more joy than ice cream and music! 🍨🎵✨

🎉 We had the sweetest time celebrating our September birthdays! 🎂💃 Miss Carol came to sing and dance with us, and our residents had an absolute blast! We topped it all off with some delicious cake and lots of smiles. ❤️

🇺🇸 Remembering September 11th 🇺🇸

Today, as we remember September 11th and reflect on the courage, unity, and love for our country that followed, we are especially grateful for an anonymous donor who gifted Weatherly Inn Kent Memory Care a brand-new American flag. ❤️🤍💙

It now proudly flies outside our community as a reminder of the strength of our nation, the sacrifices of so many, and the importance of coming together.

🐾 Our residents had the sweetest day at the Sammamish Animal Sanctuary! ❤️ They loved seeing, petting, and feeding all the animals—and had an absolute blast! 🐐🐴🐰

✨ Meet Nadia, Our New Activity Coordinator! ✨

We are SO excited to officially introduce you to Nadia, our wonderful new Activity Coordinator! 💛

Originally from South Africa, Nadia has been an absolute gem from the moment she joined our Weatherly Inn family. Our residents have welcomed her with open arms, and it already feels like she was meant to be here!

Nadia brings so much energy, joy, and heart to everything she does. You’ll rarely see her without a smile on her face, and the way she loves and connects with our residents is truly special. She has jumped right in, made this role her own, and fits in with our community so beautifully.

We could go on and on, but really… she’s simply the best! 🥰

Our residents had a blast at Lake Meridian Park! 🌲🧺 We enjoyed some fun games, a tasty snack, and plenty of laughs. It was a little chilly, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time together! 💙😊
