We are proud to present our 2026 BDA Seniors. Each of these dancers are very special to us… they’re a talented, fun, hard-working group. Saying goodbye after watching them grow since pre-school won’t be easy, but we send them off into the world, wishing them the very best in their bright futures. Our final Senior Dancer in the spotlight is our Sophia C.

“I started going to BDA when I was 5 years old. My first show was Pinocchio and I remember falling in love with being on a stage in front of an audience. Dance has been such a huge part of my life ever since. Being at BDA has taught me so much more than dance and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it. Along with being a dancer I’m in theater and I have had to split my time between the two. I wouldn’t change anything though because it taught me how to work hard for what I want, especially when I had to miss class to perform at my highschool. Tap will always and forever be my favorite style of dance and to be in a class with such amazing and talented people has been so amazing. I want to thank Ms. Sarah for believing in me through out these last few years when I’ve been running from theater to dance. Without her help I wouldn’t have been able to do this. After graduation I plan on continuing dance and theater so I can keep growing as a performer. I will forever be grateful for my time at BDA and will miss everyone there. Thank you so much for the lessons and joy you have given me.”

We’re so glad you were able to continue your dancing, Sophia. The BDA wouldn’t have been the same without you, and we will truly miss your sweet demeanor in classes and your beautiful stage presence. We can’t wait to watch you shine in The 12 Princesses and beyond. Lots of love to you.
