Fall is my favorite season and specifically October for Halloween. I just love scary movies and the hope that I will get scared by something watching them. Open House today and Sunday from 11am-2pm. Come on by even if it's just for the bottled water and AC!! There is also a sick hill to skateboard or roll down whichever you prefer. I will also provide bandaids and medical treatment that I looked up on You Tube if you fall.

Well I had hoped to post a message about NEW LISTING in the city of Kent but we are already PENDING!! We had an open house on Sunday with more than 50 people coming through. The buzz was really great to see and the interest was exactly what we had hoped for. 3 days on market and we had multiple offers and our sellers were excited with the offer they selected. Always feels good to see the work you put into something have the results to back it. Have a great week everyone and keep grinding away.
