As we conclude our series tonight on Prayer- May you know the power that comes from talking-truth telling- thanking- crying out- desperate calls for help kind of prayers!!! God wants it all- what a blessing it is to have full access to our God who sees, hears, and longs to remind us we/you are loved! ❤️🙏🏾

In just a few days…PDR Youth will be throwing a Union Gospel Mission Drive. UGM is an incredible ministry that loves and cares for homeless neighbors in the greater seattle area. Join our PDR youth and give tangible items or donate monetarily! We will also be doing a friendly MS vs. HS competition. The team that collects the most will win a pizza party!

This Wednesday is the start of black history month! While everyday we should celebrate, learn, and honor our black community this month we will lean on the practice of prayer that came out of black traditions! I pray this month will give you tools to draw closer to our God who sees, hears, and is able to do more than we can ask or imagine! Join us at Midweek!

Save the date! This summer we want to invite all our high schoolers and adult leaders to join us in Wapato, Wa for Students learning about missions. This is a trip students interested in reconciliation and healing amongst indigenous communities. We will heading July 9-14th to serve local elders, learn and engage in cultural experiences, and explore what this could look like for our own community. Mark your calendars- more details to come!

Next week we will be all together for a joint Christmas Party! There will be games, snack, white elephant gift exchange- so grab friends, drink or small snack to share, and a $10 white elephant gift!

Calling all Middle School & High Schoolers who want to record for the Christmas Service. Join Pastor Peter & I this Wednesday night at 5:30pm! I’ll order a few pizzas for those who come early to help! Let me know if you plan to attend!

High School Youth Group is cancelled! Due to school/after school activities cancellations we will follow suit! Also for self care for those battling colds, long drives, and lots to hold in this season- stay home and rest tonight! We will see you this weekend!
