If you’ve had an estimate done at Riverside, chances are you’ve met Roman.

Originally from Armenia but raised mostly here in the U.S., Roman brings 14 years of collision repair experience and a simple personal motto to every customer interaction: lead with kindness. His favorite part of the job is working with people and helping make a stressful repair process feel easier!

Most days, you’ll see the friendly, calm, helpful Roman guiding customers through the repair process. But when something needs extra attention, he switches into full Get-It-Done Mode - working behind the scenes, staying proactive, and doing everything he can to make sure the job is handled right for the customer.

Outside of work, Roman enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, working out, and hanging out with his pride and joy - his sweet Pitty Rocky 🐾
He’s also competed in boxing for over a decade at both the amateur and professional level.

After repairs, one of the most common questions we hear is how to safely wash your vehicle, and it’s a great question!

Traditional car washes use rotating brushes that physically touch the surface. Even when they’re labeled “soft-touch,” those brushes can sometimes carry small bits of dirt that may leave light scratches or swirl marks… especially on newly painted panels.

Touchless washes clean using water pressure and detergents instead of brushes, which helps protect the finish while the paint is still curing and indefinitely.

To help your vehicle look its best long-term, we recommend:

✅ Touchless wash only (no brushes) for the first 30 days
🚫 No wax or sealants for 90 days

Automotive paint continues curing even after you leave the shop, and giving it this extra time helps ensure a smooth, durable finish.

Sean began his journey in the automotive world in 1995 and has been passionate about bodywork ever since. He takes pride in transforming damaged vehicles and restoring them to like-new condition. With years of experience and a family background rooted in bodywork and painting, Sean brings incredible skill and dedication to our team!

When he’s not in the shop, Sean enjoys woodworking, restoring cars, working with computers, and gardening. Fun fact: his favorite foods are pizza, hamburgers, and tacos! 🍕🌮
