Slide Into Summer with Three Rivers Therapy! ☀️

A huge thank you to Captain Gray STEM Elementary for hosting us at yesterday's "Slide Into Summer" Resource Fair! It was a wonderful afternoon connecting with families and sharing how Three Rivers Therapy supports our community.

Shoutout to our amazing team: Katie Banta, Lizbeth Delgado, and Danny Ahmad for representing 3RT and spinning the wheel with kiddos and families all afternoon. 🎡

We're proud to be a resource for Tri-Cities families heading into summer. If you missed us at the fair, give us a call at 509-378-5553 or visit 3riverstherapy.com to learn more about the services we offer.

What a night at Gesa Stadium! 🌈⚾

We took the team out to the Tri-City Dust Devils game on May 6th and what a time it was. A little colder than expected? Sure. But that didn't stop our crew from having an absolute blast! Full bellies, lots of laughs, and even a rainbow over the outfield to top it off.

At Three Rivers Therapy, the work we do matters — and so do the people doing it. Getting outside the office to connect with our colleagues as people (not just coworkers) is something we don't take for granted. Nights like this remind us why we love this team.

Huge thanks to the -City Dust Devils for putting on a great game and creating the kind of space where memories get made. We're already looking forward to the next one. 🧥⚾🍿

Huge thanks to Nora Tahiraj and Brittany McLain for representing Three Rivers Therapy at the CBC Wellness Fair today! Great conversations, great community, and a reminder of why we do what we do. 💙

This week is Children's Mental Health Awareness Week.

We're marking it with something practical: a research-backed guide to childhood anxiety, written for parents — not textbooks.

Because "my child seems anxious" is one thing. Knowing what to do about it is another.

Amanda Garza, Clinical Director at Three Rivers Therapy, breaks it down.

"I wasn't sure if I was overreacting."

That's the most common thing parents say when they first call us.

They've noticed something. They've been watching. They've been worried. But they've been waiting — waiting for it to get bad enough to "count."

It already counts.

We put together 5 clinical signs that your child's mental health may need more support than it's getting. Written plainly, without jargon, for parents — not clinicians.
