We would like to invite one and all to our first gallery event for 2025. Saturday, March 22nd from 2-5 PM. This event celebrates spring and is also dedicated to Alzheimer’s Awareness. There will be art featured that was created by 2 Alzheimer’s patients who have recently passed. There will be art shown that was created both before their diagnosis, and after. Art is the window to the soul and you will see that the souls were still creative even as the mind was failing. We will also be featuring live music by the owner, Harvey.

What’s going on with the Old Country Buffet building on Canal you ask? It’s currently being partially demolished for a new Panera Bread. We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of Kennewick.

We are privileged to have hosted Crow’s Shadow Institute of the Arts in the Evolv Gallery Saturday. If you are not familiar with Crow’s Shadow, they are a nonprofit whose mission is to provide a creative conduit for education, social and economic opportunities for Native Americans through artistic development. Thank you to Emma Barns, Phinney Brown and Homar and Michelle Ursua for making this happen.

We always have a lot of fun at the Boo Bash. Record amount of candy giving away to Trick Or Treaters this year. Thanks to Homar, Michelle and Stacey for helping out! Happy Halloween 🎃

Having an opportunity to pass by some more of our past projects in the Anchorage area. Housing and mixed use has always been at the core of our design efforts. Here we have some affordable housing that was implemented and managed by Cook Inlet Housing Authority: Grass Creek Village. It’s nice to see they have done an outstanding job maintaining this project. We also have 2 of the more unique projects we have designed in Alaska. The Sounding (with the radius stainless steel facade) was a lot of fun as the client requested something iconic on a postage stamp lot in Bootleggers Cove.
