Today, Saturday, June 20, KACS invites you to join us for the Juneteenth Jubilee – African-American Freedom Day.

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when the last enslaved African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom. It is a day to celebrate freedom, honor Black history and culture, and reflect on the ongoing pursuit of equality and opportunity for all.

Are you interested in a career supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum? We want to hear from you!

MCHC has two spots available for individuals interested in becoming certified full-spectrum doulas through Doula Trainings International. This training will prepare you to provide education, advocacy, and support to families during one of life's biggest transitions.

A participant contribution of $55 is required.

Whether your weekend plans include grilling, picnicking, snacking, or simply relaxing with family and friends over good food, swing by market to pick up the best local groceries around — all grown and made with lots of love! Kennett Square Farmers Market is today - 3:00-6:00pm.

The Kennett Square Farmers Market is collecting donations for KACS! Purchase fresh + local goods at the market and place them in the designated green donations bins or bring non-perishable goods to the KACS table. Below are just a few of the essential items needed; a complete list is available at www.KACSImpact.org:
