Our aqueous component cleaning process was recently approved by NAVSEA for MIL-STD-1330D and MIL-STD-1622B cleaning! With the approval for 1330/1622 Oxygen Cleaning, CPV will now be able to better meet the needs of the U.S. Navy and other applications requiring intensive cleaning standards!

Did you know CPV’s O-SEAL® and were used in life support systems on the Oceaneer 1000 Saturation Diving complex - the very first designed specifically for use on a drilling vessel? The complex was used by the Continental Oil Co. in the North Sea and was designed for long term saturation diving to depths of 1000 ft. The Oceaneer divers would live and work for several weeks at a time under , so it was for the complex to operate smoothly and reliably.

CPV O-SEAL valves assured the positive control of life support gases for divers in environmental and decompression control units by keeping chambers pressurized with a precise mixture of and , providing recirculation and removing carbon dioxide, dehumidification, and human-produced and odors. The environment of these chambers is monitored with chamber oxygen sensors and gas sampling analyzers in a control van pictured above.

Did you know CPV’s O-SEAL® system, globe, check, and relief valves were used in high-pressure air lines throughout the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, LA?
