Dante is still dreaming of a family of his own. He's a very sweet, playful boy. Despite his sad puppy dog eyes he's quite a happy boy. He's great with other dogs, especially playful dogs. Cats unknown.

Young, happy, healthy, playful, friendly and plays well with others. What more could you want?!

Have a safe and happy 4th of July! Remember to keep your dogs inside during fireworks and of they have to go out use a leash.

Please check on any wildlife in your yard or area after fireworks to see if any need attention.

If your babies need a little extra help through the fireworks and you haven't contacted your veterinarian yet, you need to do so today!

Veterinarians get inundated at the last minute with people requesting medication to help their dogs through the fireworks.

Don't get stuck in that mess! Waiting until last minute, which is basically now, can mean not getting what you need to help your babies through.

July 4th-5th has the highest number of lost dogs consistently every single year. Make sure your microchips are up to date, your dog has a collar and tag on, take them out only on a leash to potty and don't leave them alone in the yard. Make sure they don't slip through doors by using a crate or containing in a comfortable room.

Keep our dogs comfortable, safe and HOME!

Currently we have several long and/or curly haired dogs due for grooming. It's always time to buy food. We need to order more heartworm/flea prevention, cleaning supplies, bones, etc.

Below is Dusty, he's due for grooming and also has a stubborn ear infection we've been battling, he's got to see the vet again this week for it. The ear infection is the only thing in the way of being available for adoption 😞.

Remember Luna?
She came to us with terrible skin issues and infections. She had significant anxiety and was overall a hot mess. Incredibly sweet though!

6 months later, here we are. We've gotten her anxiety under control with patience and medication but we are still dealing with her skin. We're trying different diets to see if that helps and she's been in various antibiotics and antifungals since coming to us.

She is a very sweet girl who is super loving. She is in need of a new foster home or foster to adopt. Ideally, the new foster would be in the Kennesaw or surrounding area as our vet partner is in Kennesaw. Please reach out if you could be that person.
