Charmaine Jeffers (Truck Biz in a Box)
📌On October 4th, 2021, I paid $15,000 and ordered a Truck Biz A Box package from Charmaine Jeffers owner of CDL 4 Life Facebook group. The contract was signed from both parties on November 10, 2021 which states non-refundable, that truck/trailer will be provided to investor within (5 months) of the date contract is signed (11-10-2021).
📌On June 19th, 2022 (7 months later) after the contract was signed, I reached out to Charmaine Jeffers on her investors website. I asked her why is she moving people ahead of me on getting my truck package. She replied that it was a mistake and that she will fix it but never did.
📌On November 4, 2022 (6 days away from approaching a yr after signed contract) I asked Charmaine Jeffers for my hard earned investment of $15,000 back. She replied that the economy is bad, and that the contract states non refundable.
📌On April 20, 2023 (1 year 5 months after signing the contract) I payed a lawyer $1,500 to write Charmaine Jeffers a demand letter asking for my $15,000 investment plus $1,500 lawyer fee back. Jeffers immediately blocked me out of her online investors group and out of her Facebook CDL 4 Life group.
📌 On May 30, 2023 Charmaine Jeffers lawyer responded to the demand letter stating that Jeffers declined giving me my $15,000 back stating that the contract states non-refundable. The response says that Charmaine Jeffers has the equipment and is ready to continue with the contract if I’m still interested.
📌 I want my hard earned investment back of $15,000 and lawyer fee of $1500. I’ve lost over a year of lost wages, false hopes, and promises. The contract states that my trucking business would start making revenue within 5 months of the date (11-10-2021) the contract was signed. I never received anything.
