We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments/ jobs
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Gator's Sand Pumping

No experience needed, we will train. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Looking for a hardworking, motivated individual with ambition to learn and grow with our company. MUST have a VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE , a clean driving record, able to drive a truck & trailer and drug free. Serious inquiries ONLY.

With the upcoming holidays we will be closed Friday Dec 24th. We will have a half day on December 31st and close at 12. We would like to wish all of our customers and Facebook friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Just to inform our awesome customers we will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving Holiday! We will be back open Monday November 29th with normal business hours.

Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to work full-time Mon-Fri

Reliable transportation
Know how to drive a dually with a trailer attached
Must be able to work full time Mon-Fri

Pay will be based on experience and knowledge and will be discussed in interview.
