As the story goes, Santa flies around the world in his sleigh drawn by nine reindeer. He slides down chimneys, leaves gifts for children and enjoys milk and cookies.

In Kenner, LA. Santa is in the sand.

Theoretically, at least.

Each December, TKN ( and ), along with a group of volleyball elves, produce , a beach volleyball extravaganza with games, live and silent auctions, music and entertainment, food/beverage, to raise resources and ensure those without have an opportunity to share in the holiday spirit. In collaboration with the City of Kenner 10 families will be selected as recipients of Santa in the Sand’s 2024 gifting.

Kloth and Nuss are currently the No. 1 women’s beach volleyball team in the country and represented the U.S.A. in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Even though their competition schedule has them traveling around the world for tournaments, not to mention practicing long hours daily, giving back to the people of Louisiana remains a priority for the duo.

Ranging from $250-$25,000 your 501(c)(3) donation can make a HUGE impact for families in the city of Kenner.

Santa in the Sand is taking place December 14!

The countdown is ON for ’s annual Santa in the Sand event benefitting families in the city of Kenner.

Legend has it that Santa traverses the world on Christmas Eve distributing gifts to a myriad of recipients, asking only for a bite of a cookie, a sip of milk, and mostly good behavior.
Unfortunately, in the City of Kenner there are some families that don’t share in these good tidings due to circumstances.

In an effort to remedy this situation, TKN’s ”656 Foundation” a 501c3, is committed to provide Christmas presents and financial support to select families in need during this time of giving.

Each December, TKN, along with a group of volleyball elves, produce ”Santa in the Sand”, a beach volleyball extravaganza with games, live and silent auctions, music and entertainment, food/beverage, to raise resources and ensure those without have an opportunity to share in the holiday spirit. In collaboration with the City of Kenner 10 families will be selected as recipients of Santa in the Sand’s 2024 gifting.
