Fleming Construction Company, LLC began operation in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana 1954. We were founded by Mannas Fleming and are proud to say we are in our third generation today. Although we began with asphalt paving, we now do virtually all types of construction; concrete paving, underground utilities, including water lines, sewer lines, drain structures and site work. Fleming Construction recently completed our Lower Ninthward Group C project! We replaced all sewer, water and drain lines and installed me precast manholes and catch basins. We also installed new roadways, curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks and drives and ADA ramps.

Better late than never! Throwing it back to when we finished our Lower Ninthward Groups B and D projects where we completed water, sewer, drainage and concrete and asphalt paving work. We thank all of our DBE subcontractors that helped us complete these two projects!
