🏡 What You’ll Do:
• Lead staging installations from start to finish
• Manage inventory & project logistics
• Work directly with clients, designers & agents
• Create market-ready, beautifully styled spaces

🎯 We’re Looking For:
• Staging/interior design experience
• Strong project & client management skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced
• Hands-on and comfortable with light lifting

⏰ Schedule:
• 2–3 days/week (20–25 hours)
• No weekends

Phase One Staging is hiring a Logistics Team Member / Lead Stager Assistant as well as Lead Stager based out of our warehouse in Maplewood, NJ.

🏡 What You’ll Do:
• Assist with home staging installations & breakdowns
• Manage incoming & outgoing inventory at the warehouse
• Support the Lead Stager on-site
• Help transform homes into market-ready listings

🚚 Requirements:
• Moving/logistics experience preferred
• Must be able to drive a box truck
• Valid license + reliable transportation
• Able to lift 60 lbs

⏰ Schedule:
• 2–3 days/week (20–30 hours)
• No weekends
