Don’t leave a listing’s interior blank. The sellers may have already moved out, and the emptiness left behind can make for a bad first impression to buyers who want to visualize how to use the space. The emptiness also could make rooms look smaller.

In January turn all of your hangers backwards. When you wear it and it goes back in your closet face the hanger forward. At the end of the year anything you didn’t wear needs to come out.
A couple of questions should be answered:
1. Is it seasonal/special occasion?
2. Does it fit?
3. Does it make me feel good when I put it on?
If you answer no to these it goes away!
